The 1-day Machu Picchu tour is an exciting adventure that takes travelers to explore the iconic Inca citadel high in the Peruvian Andes. Starting point from the city of Cusco in early hours we pick you up from your hotel to go to the town of Ollantaytambo
Transfer from the city of Cusco to the Ollantaytambo station, the trip lasts 2 hours where you can appreciate the Andes Mountains
Travel by train from Ollantaytambo to the town of Aguas Calientes in this section you will be able to appreciate beautiful natural landscapes and we will enter part of the Peruvian jungle
Already in the town of Machu Picchu town (also called Aguas Calientes) we will take the bus that will take us to the archaeological park of Machu Picchu
Once we arrive at the archaeological park of Machu Picchu we will pass the ticket control and then go up some stairs for 5 minutes and we will be able to appreciate the entire esplanade of Machu Picchu, it should be remembered that the official guide will be next to the group all the time
Return by bus from the Archaeological Park of Machu Picchu to the town of Aguas Calientes, there you can have lunch, you can also visit the craft market until the time the train leaves
Return by train from the town of Aguas Calientes to the Ollantaytambo train station
