Flyers must be 7 years of age and above. Signed the AltitudeX indemnity form. (Flyers under 18 years need signed permission from parent or guardian).

If you have prior back or neck injuries, have dislocated a shoulder in the past, have any heart problems, wearing any plaster cast, or are pregnant, you may not take part.

If you are under 6 feet (180 cm) tall, you must weigh less than 265 pounds (120 kg). If you are over 6 feet (180 cm) tall, you must weigh less than 308 pounds (140 kg).

Alcohol and controlled substances are prohibited on this activity.

Important notes

- Opening hours are Mon, Tue, Thu to Sun (incl. PHs & 26 Dec): 09:00 to 22:00, Wed (excl. PHs & 26 Dec): 11:00 to 22:00.
- Check-in time is 1 hour prior to the flight session timing.
- Advance reservation request is required at least 1 working day in advance. Send an email to info@sg.altitudex.com, attaching the valid voucher, stating the preferred flight date & time and flyer's full name and date of birth.
- Your advance reservation request will be confirmed by AltitudeX team (subjected to flight availability).
- No rescheduling on the day of flight. Any rescheduling required before the day of flight shall have a charge of S$30.00 per flyer.
- Upon arrival at the redemption location, please present your confirmation email by AltitudeX team for your activity.
- AltitudeX reserves the right to refuse anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- There shall be NO REFUND for any flight cancellation or No Show. No Show is defined as being late for check-in or not showing up for flight.
- You should wear a t-shirt, shorts or pants, and closed-toe shoes that lace up. Socks are available to purchase, and shoes are available to rent for a nominal fee. You should not wear a skirt, a dress, or jewellery.
