About this experience
Delve into the spirituality of the sacred and special of the Mayan world.
This experience takes place in a type of round hut, which does not exceed one and a half meters in height and has a small opening that serves as a door. Inside, a bonfire is made where volcanic stones are heated, over which a cold infusion of herbs and medicinal ingredients is poured by candlelight.
The heat increases as the ceremony progresses, until it reaches its maximum point, 40 degrees. The boiling of fresh water thrown over the burning stones creates steam that has benefits for the entire body.
Temazcal promotes relaxation of the muscular system and relieves pain. For its part, sweat cleanses the body of toxins and is good for the respiratory system.
The temazcal is not a simple steam bath but also an inner journey that helps us reconnect with ourselves for self-healing
