1. Pickup

On the day of your transfer, our chauffeur will arrive at the designated pickup location (airport, hotel, or other). For airport pickups, your chauffeur will meet you upon arrival, monitor your flight for any delays, handle your luggage, and escort you to the vehicle.

For hotel or local pickups, the chauffeur will arrive punctually, assist with your luggage, and confirm the passenger count and destination before departure.

2. Transit to the Port

You’ll be driven in one of our luxury vehicles—sedans, SUVs, vans, limousines, or coaches (depending on your group size)—through Miami’s roads to your cruise terminal. Throughout this journey, you can expect:
