Proceed directly to the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo counter located inside The Dubai Mall (Ground Level). Show your voucher to the staff for verification and they will issue your entry tickets for both the Aquarium and the Penguin Encounter.
For the Penguin Encounter, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session time. Follow staff instructions and proceed to the meeting point inside the Underwater Zoo. Late arrivals may result in shortened or missed experiences.
