The Golden Circle is the most popular destination in Iceland and has been for decades and not without reason. On this tour you will see the amazing Thingvellir National Park - the only place in the world where you can witness two tectonic plates meet above water. The Geysir geothermal area is unique and here you can see the hot spring Strokkur The Churn erupt 10 - 30 meters (30 - 100 feet) up in to the air. And there is more to come, Gullfoss - the Golden Waterfall is just WOW.
And lets not forget Friðheimar tomato and horse farm. Tomato beer - what can I say...

The very beatiful and dramatic red Kerid volcanic crater is the last stop of this tour. More than 6000 years old, arund 50 meters deep with a lake at the bottom.
Hike around the crater enjoying the mix of red lava rock, green moss or white snow in winter gives your quite a experience.
Gullfoss or the Golden Waterfell is a double drop magnificent waterfall. With height of more than 30 meters (105 feet), producing endless sheets of spray as more than a million gallons a minute of water crash down into a narrow canyon.
Gullfoss is a natural beaty at any time of the year. Very different from season to season and even within the season.
At the Geysir geothermal area we will enjoy the beaty and the power that lies underneath us here. Very visible when we witness Strokkur (The Churn) erupt into the air. Even though the Great Geysir is dormant he is quite something with the blue water surrounded by endless geothermal colurs.
We will stop in Friðheimar on our way to Þingvellir National Park - very nice extra stop. Explore the tomato green house, pet the horses and of course visit the bar for a tomato soup or one of their different Bloody Mary - or a tomato beer
