Tour Duration: Approximately 1 Hour
The entire tour can take up to 1 hour and includes check-in, gear prep, a full safety briefing, your parasail flight, and a scenic boat ride. Duration may vary slightly depending on group size and ocean conditions.

Pick up is at the Kewalo Harbor, which is located 5 minutes from Waikiki Hotels. The address is 1025 Ala Moana Blvd, Honolulu, HI 96814, (Slip F06)
Check - in time is 30 minutes before your reservation time. We will board the boat 5 mins prior to reservation time. There will be NO REFUND if you miss the boat
Rescheduling of any portion of your party will result in a $25 per person.
Pregnant women are unable to fly. Children must be at least 5 years old to participate in parasailing and must weigh a minimum of 50 pounds.

We require a minimum passenger weight of 50 lbs and a maximum weight in the parachute of 450 lbs
For the safety of all participants, we strictly prohibit intoxicated or under the influence guests and reserve the right to deny service at the captain's discretion
Tour time is 1 hour, flight time ranges between 6-10 minutes
Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled outside of 24 hours will receive a refund of the ticket price. Within 24 hours, tickets are Non refundable, including ticket surcharge
