About this experience

Your journey begins with a calm paddle across Grand Turk’s crystal-clear waters in our stable Ascend H12 kayaks. As we glide along the shoreline, your guide shares island stories, marine life facts, and local history.

Next, we stop for a conch dive demonstration, where you’ll see how fresh conch is harvested the traditional way. Back on shore, enjoy a hands-on conch salad class—watch, learn, or join in while we prepare one of the Caribbean’s most iconic dishes.

After the water portion is complete, unwind with a local rum tasting session featuring three signature island rums. Learn about their flavors, how they’re made, and why rum is such an important part of Turks & Caicos culture.
