It's a route through small traditional villages with a panoramic view along the way where you will have the opportunity to visit the wonderful seaside village of Palaiochora and swim to the crystal clear waters and finally, you will have the chance to taste and know about the olive oil and winemaking process. On this beautiful 9-hour trip we will need 3 hours & 15 minutes driving total.

Here you will have an 45 minute stop, to see the traditional village of Kantanos if you wish to have a refreshment or a coffee.
The village of Kandanos and its surrounding area suffered particularly badly from German occupation during World War II.
The village was rebuilt however, several of the Byzantine churches and their frescoes were restored.
Palaiochora is located 70 km south of Chania, on the southwest coast of Crete. The town is set along 11 km of coastline bordering the Libyan Sea.
Palaiochora has crystal clear waters, well organized beaches. It has numerous hotels, restaurants, tavernas, cafés, and bars. It’s the place where we will enjoy our swimming and taste the traditional Cretan recipes.
On our way back we will stop to the beautiful village of Anoskeli where we will have presentation about the olive oil and wine making process.
You will have the chance to taste the extra virgin bio-olive oil, 5 different wines and tsikoudia accompanied by Cretan snacks.
