Detailed itinerary

1

One of our special outings will be a gentle hike through the serene Kos countryside to the Pandrosia Aloe Vera Farm. Tucked away among fields and open skies, this family-run farm is dedicated to cultivating organic aloe vera and creating natural wellness products straight from the land.

As we walk, you’ll soak in the peaceful landscape and connect with the slower pace of island life. Once at the farm, we’ll learn about the healing properties of aloe vera, explore the production process, and have the chance to sample some of their beautiful, locally made products.

It’s a calm, grounding experience that blends movement, nature, and a touch of local tradition—a perfect complement to our retreat rhythm.

2

On our final evening together, we’ll visit the charming mountain village of Zia—a magical spot known for its breathtaking sunsets and traditional Greek charm. Perched on the slopes of Mount Dikeos, Zia offers stunning panoramic views over the island and out to the sea, making it the perfect place to watch the sun dip below the horizon.

We’ll enjoy a relaxed dinner at one of the village’s cozy tavernas, savoring delicious local dishes as the sky turns golden and the lights of the island begin to twinkle below. It’s a beautiful, heartwarming way to close our time together—sharing good food, laughter, and one last view of Kos in all its glow.

3

Some of our breathwork sessions will take place throughout the week right on the beautiful Marmari Beach. These guided sessions will last approximately 1 to 1.5 hours and offer a grounding, peaceful start or end to your day, with the sound of the waves and the salty sea breeze enhancing your connection to breath and body.

Marmari Beach is a long stretch of soft, golden sand located on the northern coast of Kos Island. Known for its crystal-clear waters and tranquil atmosphere, it’s a perfect place not only for breathwork, but also for swimming and sunbathing. Whether you're taking part in a session or simply relaxing in the sun, this local beach provides the ideal setting for restoration and calm.

4

Kos Island is a gem of the Dodecanese, known for its stunning beaches, rich history, and laid-back island charm. With its mix of ancient ruins, traditional villages, and scenic coastal roads, Kos offers something for everyone—whether you're drawn to culture, nature, or just the beauty of the Aegean Sea.

During your stay, you’ll have your own bike or e-bike to explore the island at your own pace. Cruise along quiet countryside paths, discover hidden beaches, visit the healing ruins of Asklepion, or stop for a coffee in a charming mountain village.

We’ll be based in Marmari, a central location on the island that makes it easy to reach both the north and south coasts, as well as inland adventures. Whether you're up for a full day of riding or a gentle morning spin, you’ll be free to discover as many wonderful places as you like.

5

Marmari is our lovely local village on the island of Kos—a quiet, welcoming place with a relaxed, authentic vibe. Just a short walk or bike ride from where we’re staying, Marmari offers everything you need for a peaceful island experience: cozy tavernas, friendly locals, and of course, the beautiful Marmari Beach.

Set against a backdrop of open fields and gently rolling hills, the village feels like a calm retreat, yet it’s centrally located, making it the perfect base for exploring the rest of the island. Whether you're grabbing a coffee at a local café, picking up fresh fruit from the market, or just soaking in the slow pace of village life, Marmari will quickly feel like home.

6

The Sails on Kos taverna is a warm and inviting space where we’ll come together each day to enjoy delicious, nourishing meals. Each morning, we’ll start the day with a fresh, energizing breakfast—think seasonal fruits, local breads, Greek yogurt, and more, all made with care and simplicity.

In the evenings, we’ll gather again for a wholesome, vegetarian meal prepared with local ingredients and traditional flavors. It’s a chance to unwind, share stories from the day, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the resort.

Whether you're sipping herbal tea under the stars or lingering over a shared meal, the taverna offers a cozy, communal space that adds to the heart of the retreat experience.

7

Join us in beautiful Kos for a transformative journey back to self through mindful movement and conscious breath. This immersive 7-night Pilates & Breathwork Retreat is designed to help you reconnect with your body, quiet your mind, and return to your essence—all surrounded by the natural beauty of the Aegean.

Each day, you’ll begin with energizing morning Pilates sessions, designed to strengthen your core, enhance flexibility, and align your posture—all while cultivating awareness and presence. Afternoons invite deeper restoration with guided breathwork journeys, where you’ll learn to use the power of breath to release tension, access clarity, and create inner stillness.

Between sessions, you’ll have time to explore the island, enjoy nourishing meals, connect with like-hearted travelers, or simply rest. Optional cycling adventures, swimming in the sea, and sunset meditations are also available.
