We enter the market to try the exquisite fried quesadillas stuffed with stews, covered in green sauce and sourcream, with fresh water full of antioxidants.
We start the morning with a delicious coffee with kind of a sandwich called “lonche”, made with a traditional bread filled with different stews.
Then, we will try a delicious and traditional birria de chivo, it is a goat meat dish.
Here we will try the best barbacoa tacos
At this stop, we will eat cueritos tostadas (pork)
We come back to te Santa Tere Market to try “tejuino” a refreshing prehspanic drink made of fermented corn, served with lemon ice cream.
