1. Reservation of service

The customer makes the reservation by providing the basic travel details: date, number of passengers, destination, airline and flight number (if applicable). Once the reservation is confirmed, the service is guaranteed according to the requested schedule.

2. Flight confirmation and tracking

With flight information, it is tracked in real time. In case of changes, delays or cancellations, the passenger must notify us immediately to adjust the service correctly.

3. Pre-arrival preparation

The day before arrival, we send the client the photo of the sign and the details of the meeting. The assigned driver receives all travel information.

4. Airport reception (Meet & Greet)

Upon arrival of the flight, the driver waits in the arrival hall with a personalized sign with the name of the passenger or group. The driver will wait until 60 minutes after landing to allow baggage removal.

5. Assistance and transfer

The driver assists with luggage and escorts the passenger to the vehicle. The transfer takes place in a private, comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle without unnecessary stops.

6. Safe and comfortable transfer
