Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. extra suitcases, surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Important notes

• Your transfer will wait for passengers for up to 90 minutes after arrival. If for any reason you are delayed by customs, immigration or in the Luggage Hall you must call the 24 hr emergency line provided and Airport Transfers will hold the driver back for you. If clients do not ring to advise of delays, the vehicle will be pulled out 90 minutes from arrival time and passengers will forfeit their transfer.
