What you'll see

When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your London City accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's that easy!

Please call us before the 90 minutes has elapsed or you may miss your transfer.

Once you have landed in London, enter the Arrivals Hall after customs and immigration, look for a representative with a blue Airport Transfers sign with your name on it who will meet you next to the designated meeting points in each terminal. Dependant on the state of immigration, customs and baggage clearance times you will be met 45-60 minutes after landing.

Meeting Points for Heathrow airport: Terminal 2 & 3: In front of WHSmith & Terminal 4 & 5: In front of Costa Coffee.

Meeting Points for Gatwick/Luton/Stansted airports: All terminals: In front of Costa Coffee.

Meeting Points for London City airport: Arrivals Hall.

IMPORTANT: Transfers are held until 90 minutes from your actual flight arrival time which we track. If delayed in customs, you must call toll-free from any UK payphone or from a mobile or landline before the 90 minutes has elapsed or you may miss your transfer.

• Your transfer will wait for passengers for up to 90 minutes after arrival. If for any reason you are delayed by customs, immigration or in the Luggage Hall you must call the 24 hr emergency line provided and Airport Transfers UK will hold the driver back for you. If clients do not ring to advise of delays, the vehicle will be pulled out 90 minutes from arrival time and passengers will forfeit their transfer.
