Detailed itinerary

1

Begin with 5:00 AM morning pickup at your Singapore hotel. Relax into the leather seats of your private, air-conditioned deluxe minivan as your driver crosses the Singapore-Malaysia drive-through border (no standing in line) and enjoy the 2-hour chauffeured drive to Mersing marina, the entry port to today's adventure.

Listen to the onboard radio if you wish while enjoying a complimentary packed breakfast box.

2

Upon arrival at Mersing, head to your waiting private speedboat for briefing. Due to increasing human activity on Pulau Tioman, this tour will visit the waters near rustic Pulau Seri Buat (15 miles off Pulau Tioman) for guaranteed blue waters.

Explore a tropical paradise covered with soft white powder sand bordered by crystal-clear waters and rustic green mountains.

For adventure seekers, you can hike up to the peak of Pulau Seri Buat for breathtaking views of the sea and Pulau Tioman.

Conditions permitting, you can even jump off a nearby cliff into the sapphire blue warm waters and coral reefs full of fish and marine life - an ideal snorkeling spot.

Those who wish to snorkel may get outfitted with the supplied set of snorkeling gear (mask, snorkel, life vest and fins), and learn how to wear them properly with the help from the speedboat captain.

Beginners can also participate in an optional snorkeling lesson with the speedboat captain.

3

After soaking up the serene ambience at Pulau Seri Buat, continue on for your scenic mangrove cruise at Pulau Raja.

For nature lovers, this mangrove cruise is going to be a treat.

4

Next, your speedboat captain will head out to sea in towards Pulau Hujung, another idyllic place to relax on the powder white sandy beaches. Your packed Malaysian lunch will be distributed here.

5

After lunch, your speedboat captain will proceed to Pulau Babi Tengah nearby for more snorkeling.

There is also a small beach at the back of Pulau Babi Tengah for those who wish to rest instead of snorkel.

6

Finally, your speedboat captain will stop at the last island for the day - Pulau Besar. You can take the opportunity to do more snorkeling, or to shop for some local souvenirs, or to rent a kayak (at own expense).

After a long day out at sea, your speedboat captain will head back to Mersing jetty on the mainland which concludes your island hopping tour for the day.

7

Upon arrival back at Mersing, you will proceed to a popular hawker-style local food court for dinner, which consists of local fried rice/noodles with fried chicken, a drink and a dessert.

Those wanting for more may choose other dishes (at own expense).

8

Conditions permitting after dinner, you may choose to stop to purchase some local snacks and souvenirs at Firefly Valley, or join a 30-minute firefly cruise (at own expense) through the silent river into the all natural mangrove forest, surrounded by hundreds of fireflies like flickering stars among the trees.

Otherwise, you will return to Singapore, where your tour finishes with a hotel drop-off at about 10pm, depending on traffic conditions.

What's not included

Evening fireflies cruise (optional at own expense)
Kayak rental (optional at own expense)
Drinks and souvenirs
