About this experience

This tour already includes all the tickets and payment of taxes. Explore one of the most beautiful landscapes offered by the Yucatan Peninsula. We take a walk in the company of a certified guide through the paths through the pink pools, including access to the viewpoint.
Later we will visit Cancunito beach which is an impressive unspoilt beach described by many as one of the most beautiful in Yucatan.
Then you will get to know the Natural Park of the Río Lagartos Reserve through the boat tour, this area is inhabited by beautiful flamingos, crocodiles, eagles, seagulls and many other species of the region. You will visit an amazing beach to exfoliate your skin with clay.
At the end of the boat ride, it is time to relax and prepare for a delicious culinary experience, unique in Rio Lagartos in the Maleconcito restaurant.
The tour lasts 13 hours (7am to 8pm).
The tour takes place in both languages (Spanish and English).

Detailed itinerary

This is the first meeting point where we pick up travelers for this tour. Departure from here is punctual at 07:00 am (with a maximum tolerance time of 10 minutes).
Later we go to the next meeting point which is the Santa Ana park and we finish at the third meeting point which is the Fiesta Americana hotel.
Before leaving Mérida we stop at a store to buy water and snacks for the road.
Once we have everyone on board and after making the stop at the store, we begin our journey to the first point of this incredible tour.
The time to get to the first point, which is Las Coloradas, is 3 hours on the road, this is where these fascinating pink salt pools are located.

Stop 2

Here you take a walk in the company of a certified guide through the paths that cross the pink pools where you can enjoy a dream landscape and capture your best photos and videos. It already includes the entrance ticket to the park, environmental tax, access to the viewpoint and support with taking photos.

It is an impressive unspoilt beach rated by many as one of the most beautiful in Yucatan, here you will have free time of 45 minutes to swim and take photos. The place has no bathrooms or restaurants as it is an unspoilt beach.

You will get to know the Río Lagartos Reserve Natural Park through the boat tour that lasts 2 hours, each boat has a capacity of maximum 6 people, they are provided with a life jacket and binoculars for bird watching. This area is inhabited by beautiful pink flamingos, crocodiles, eagles, seagulls and many other species of the region. You will visit an incredible beach to exfoliate your skin with mud and see the benefits of a rejuvenating treatment in the most relaxing part of this exciting tour.

The boat tour ends at the dock in front of the Maleconcito Gourmet restaurant where we have 1 hour to eat a delicious dish to choose from the menu provided by the guide. Drinks are not included in the restaurant.

We finish this tour at the same meeting point where we picked you up in the morning, starting with the last one which is the Fiesta Americana hotel and ending at the Viajes Colibrí office.
The travel time back to Mérida is 2 and a half hours from Río Lagartos.
