Detailed itinerary

1

After being briefed and set off by your Guest Experience Manager you will enjoy riding the 12km from Clyde to Alexandra along the river trail towards Alexandra. At the Alexandra bridge you then directly join onto the Roxburgh Gorge Trail. You will not have time to stop in Alexandra as you have a boat to catch. Please take refreshments with you so you can relax and picnic whilst waiting at the Boat meeting point. These refreshments can be stored in your 8L Topeak Trunk Bag on the rear of your bikes.

2

You will ride the Roxburgh Gorge Trail from Alexandra to the Roxburgh Dam. This includes a 10km ride from the start of the trail to Doctors Point. At Doctors Point you will catch a boat at 1230hrs (included and booked for you). This boat is a jetboat in the summer, and a covered boat in the Winter, that will carry you and the bikes whilst sharing the local gold rush history. The boat section of the ride normally takes 30-40 minutes to cover the 12km distance where there is no trail currently built. The boat cost ($155) is included in your package. The boat lands at Shingle Creek and then you have 11km of trail to ride before you get to meet our luxury vehicle at the Roxburgh Dam for the return shuttle to Clyde.
