Most of them hold other university degrees apart from the Licence as guides of BA (historians, architects, writers, etc) ; they are very fluent in the languages they handle and are used to giving high quality Private tours for very well travelled people. They are passionate and fun too. For them, the tourist is not a number but a precious person that they are eager to meet.
They are very punctual too, something not that common in this part of the world .

We get excited when we hop off at the Little Italy:

.The cradle of Argentine tango, football, the port and what we call " Lunfardo".
You will have around 15 minutes free time to use the restrooms, have a snack or a drink and buy some souvenirs.
Important: the amount of free time depends on the guide, the traffic in the city that day or other issues that the guide might consider.
