Starting at 8:30 AM, we depart in a Toyota 4x4 along a trail of about 1 hour until we reach the first lagoons, beginning with Lagoa do Gavião. Then, we head to the open sea and visit the village of Canto do Atins, where the famous restaurants of Mr. Antônio, Mrs. Luzia, and Carminha (Ponta do Mangue) are located. There, visitors can enjoy typical dishes such as grilled shrimp, fish, and sun-dried beef. Next, we proceed to the village of Atins, where we visit the mouth of the Preguiças River, the point where the river meets the sea. On the way back, we visit other lagoons of the Lençóis Maranhenses, including Lagoa das Sete Mulheres, Lagoa Tropical, and Lagoa do Kaite. The tour ends with departure from Atins around 4:00 PM, arriving in the city by 5:30 PM.
