Important Information and Rental Conditions

Please note:
For 1, 2 and 3-hour rentals, the route includes only a coastal cruise along the Bay of Cancun with an optional swimming stop in turquoise waters (weather permitting). These short trips do not include visits to Isla Mujeres or snorkeling activities. The yacht exits from Nichupté Lagoon into the bay and returns.

Weather Policy:
In case of adverse weather or if the port captain closes access to the Caribbean Sea, the tour may be cancelled for safety reasons.
However, 1-, 2-, and 3-hour tours will still be carried out within Nichupté Lagoon, as long as local conditions allow for safe navigation.

Rental Terms:
Once the yacht departs the marina, the service is considered fully rendered.
