Pay attention: a 1 and 2-hours yacht rental is just a yacht cruise along the Bay of Cancun and swimming in turquoise waters (if weather conditions allow), we do not go to Isla Mujeres and do not scuba dive, it's just a yacht trip with an exit from the Nichupte Lagoon to the Bay of Cancun.

* The tour may be cancelled in case of bad weather conditions, if access to the Caribbean Sea is prohibited by the captain of the port of Cancun.

** We perform 1 , 2 and 3 hour tours in any case if the exit to the Caribbean Sea is closed, but the actual weather conditions allow us to safely complete the booked trip, in which case the tour will be performed in the Nichupte Lagoon.

*** You can bring on board the yacht with you: food, alcohol, snacks.

**** It is forbidden to bring it on the yacht: red wine, hookah, fireworks.

***** The service is considered rendered once the vessel departs from the port. If the client decides to terminate the rental earlier than the scheduled end time for any reason not caused by the charter provider, the service is still considered fully rendered and no refund will be issued.
