Embark on an unforgettable adventure as we whisk you away to the stunning Río Eléctrico bridge, just 18 km north of El Chaltén. This trek promises breathtaking views right from the start, showcasing a spectacular array of glaciers including Marconi, Eléctrico, Cagliero, and the distant Vespignani glacier towards Lago del Desierto.

Stop 2

As we set off, the trail offers gentle climbs and a mostly flat path, leading us to our first breathtaking viewpoint: the Piedras Blancas glacier. Soon, we'll emerge from the forest into a stunning clearing, revealing the iconic peaks of “S”, Saint Exupéry, Poincenot, Fitz Roy, Mermoz, and Guillaumet—all waiting to be admired in their full glory.

Stop 3

Our journey continues as we tackle a 400-meter ascent over about an hour, arriving at the spectacular Laguna de los Tres. The path here is rocky and steep, but every step is worth it. At the top, you’ll be greeted by awe-inspiring views of Fitz Roy, the glacier de los Tres, and the lagoon itself—it's a sight that truly puts everything into perspective.

After soaking in the grandeur, we’ll circle around Laguna de los Tres and head to the viewpoint of Laguna Sucia and its glacier. Enjoy a well-deserved break with a bite to eat as you take in the surrounding beauty.

Stop 4

The descent will lead us back to El Chaltén, taking us through diverse landscapes and alongside crystal-clear streams. Don’t miss Laguna Capri—a photographer's paradise! As we drop into the valley, you’ll reflect on a day filled with stunning sights and unforgettable memories.

Please bring: Suitable footwear for walking in the mountains (Sturdy footwear), warm clothes, waterproof jacket, sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, small backpack, gloves, Sun block and water and box lunch. You can also bring snacks.
The walking involved is 12.8 miles (20.6 km), approximately 8 / 9 hours. Approximate ending time: Between 16:00 & 18:00

Each participant will need to adjust to the general walking pace, as the ages and physical conditions within the group are usually varied.
