Stop 1

Very early in the morning we will pick you up at your hotel, and then transfer you to the train station in Ollantaytambo, after boarding you on your train you will witness and appreciate all the scenic beauty that is on this route until you reach the town of Aguas. Hot. We arrive at the Aguas Calientes station where our staff will help us board the bus to go up the winding road to Machu Picchu, in the middle of a spectacular view of the Urubamba River and its canyon.

Machu Picchu today is considered by many as the new spiritual center of the world, due to the energy, peace and tranquility that one can feel here. Your expert guide will accompany you through the most important sites. The Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu, will amaze us with its delicately carved architecture, terraces, ceremonial temples, staircases and urban areas. The energy is all around us, mystical wisdom sustains Machu Picchu as the new spiritual center of the world. There will be time to be alone and fully embrace this magnificent wonder of the world, letting this once-in-a-lifetime experience become fully satisfying and memorable.
After your visit you will return to the town of Aguas Calientes for a delicious lunch. In the afternoon you will take the train from Aguas Calientes for the return trip to Cusco. NOTE: Your passport details are needed for the Machu Picchu excursion (name and passport ID).

At the agreed time, we will take the train back to the city of Cusco. To meet various customer needs, you can choose from 4 different types of options. The Expedition option was created for adventurous passengers looking for comfort and security without the extra frills. The seats have been reupholstered with native fabrics. The Vistadome option is a comfortable way to travel to Machu Picchu. You will enjoy beautiful panoramic windows to make the most of the spectacular scenery and take fantastic pictures. The Business Class option with panoramic views and comfortable padded chairs and a folding table for your convenience. The Voyagen option is a classy service with very comfortable seats. Also with panoramic windows. These trains are leaving from the Ollantaytambo train station, located approximately 1.5 hours from Cusco and snacks are available for purchase on all trains.
