In the 1950s and 1960s, the sochang industry was very prosperous. Since the late 1970s, the industry has gradually declined, and factories have been gradually closed. Now there are only about 10 factories left. One of the dyeing factories has been converted into a sochang experience hall. In addition to learning about history, you can also experience handkerchief stamping!

3

Walk around the Ganghwa Folk Flea Market and admire the local handicrafts and food.

Hanjeongsik is a truly traditional Korean meal, often referred to as a full-course meal. Taste the traditional Korean meal "Hanjeongsik".

4

A very famous cafe in Ganghwa! It was a textile manufacturing factory that was well known in Ganghwa. However it had been closed since 1990. Nowadays, using contemporary heritages as decoration, it becomes a special nice cafe.
