Your Alcatraz Island ticket will be sent to you one day before the tour date, or by 7am on the day of your tour.

Your tour time will be assigned 5 days in advance of the tour date. Once a time is assigned we are not able to make any changes, please note your timed entry will be allocated by Alcatraz this will not be able to be personally selected.
The Hop-on Hop-off ticket is valid for 48 hours from the first activation, during operating hours.

Meeting point

The Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour starts at 99 Jefferson Street (at the corner of Jefferson and Mason Streets) with the first departure at 10:00 AM. The tour features 16 stops around the city.

For the Alcatraz Island tour, ferries depart from the official boarding point at Pier 33 Alcatraz Landing.
