Even on windy days, there are plenty of places to fish, in the Bay you can fish one of the many tributaries of backcountry waterway, making this an incredible experience and not just another fishing trip.

Your local Panama Inshore captain will meet you at 3151 W 10th St, Panama City, FL 32401. There is ample parking with restrooms. Your captain will help you board the boat and go over the days itinerary with you.
When your trip duration is over, the captain will bring you back to the same departure location.
