About this experience

Daytona, there’s only one place like it. Experience the inshore backwaters of Halifax River which has an abundance of snook, redfish, tarpon, spotted sea trout and black drum. Just minutes from famed Daytona International Speedway and overlooking the waterfront resorts and Beaches. Daytona Beach has all types of fishing in an eye’s view. View the beautiful scenery, while experiencing the thrill of a chance to catch the local inshore favorite, “the Redfish” as well as other species.

A fishing enthusiast may choose to chase the resident fish, but there is a lot of variety for every angler. All charters are guided by a licensed Captain in modern inshore flats or bay boat. Captain provides the fishing rods and reels, right and left-handed and all the tackle you can use, as well as all other necessities including safety equipment.

Detailed itinerary

Daytona Beach, an attraction for so many reasons including fishing. From central Daytona Beach, it's a short Uber ride to boat ramp where big Redfish await you.

Your local Daytona captain will meet you at the above boat ramp. There is ample parking if driving a car. Your captain will help you board and go over the days plan with you.
Please stop prior to get any drinks or food you may want to bring with you, we have a cooler on board.

Once you arrive, the captain will assist you with where to park your car. The captain will have the boat in the water ready for your departure. Once onboard and ready the tour begins, with scenic waterways and local porpoise right-a-way playing for you're camera.

We will start the day traveling the Halifax River to our fishing location.

Based on time of year and species were after, it's not uncommon to fish around the Ponce De Leon Inlet.

As we fish Ponce Inlet, on the point will be the lighthouse a very historic landmark including a museum.

Again based on time of year, weather and fishing we commonly travel as far south as the Indian River which has a great population of porpoises.

You will fish and tour for the designated time you reserved, then the captain will return you to the dock where you departed.
