Uncover the Giza Pyramids, the only surviving example of the Seven Ancient Wonders of the World. They are believed to have been built as an eternal resting place for the Pharaohs. Khufu, also known as Cheops, requested that the largest and oldest of the three pyramids be built. The intermediate pyramid was built by Khufu's son, Khafre, also called Chefre. Menkaure, also called Mycerinus, was the grandson of Khufu and the son of Khafre, and he built the third and smallest one. The Pyramids of Giza are superior to nearly all of the magnificent structures that have been built throughout the planet for thousands of years by previous civilizations.
