Detailed itinerary

1

The Channel of Love also known as Canal d’amour is probably the most famous and most special beach on the island. It is situated between the villages Sidari and Peroulades, on the northern coasts of the island at a distance of about 38 kilometers from the city  of Corfu.
The Channel of Love is a natural masterpiece, perhaps the only one in the Mediterranean. It is an opening created by the corrosive effect of the water and the air above the cliff made of sandstone. With each year that passes, the continuous effects of the elements of nature change the natural environment of the Channel of Love creating in some parts canals with turquoise waters and in other parts small caves and bights.
Free time fro swimming and sun bath.

Agios Stefanos is a long sandy beach in the region of Avliotes, 6 km north west of Sidari. Surrounded by lush greenery, this lovely beach has crystal water and soft sand. Delicious taverns and cafeterias line up the beach as well as many hotels and rooms to let. This is a quiet and calm place ideal for families and people who want to relax. Swimming and optional lunch is a restaurant next to the beach.

3

Porto Timoni is a unique beach, hidden and not very known, below Afionas village. Actuallly, there are two different beaches which are separated by a small strip of land. The small one is Limni and the big one is Porto Timoni.
As a matter of fact, this location is wonderful as grassy, dense hills end on these two beaches, one with regular blue waters and the second with deep blue waters. These coves as you will find out have distinctive water temperatures.
To go to Porto Timoni you have to follow the path that, starts from the small square of Afionas. The duration of the passage until the shore finish in around 20 minutes but, it is necessary be cautious as the road, even though it is a walk, is brusque and in many spots craggy.
The things you will discover in Porto Timoni are the closed bays and very clear waters.
