About this experience

In this e-bike tour in Alberobello you cross the countryside dotted with trulli and along the streets framed by dry stone walls we reach a family mill. Visit the mill and discover all the steps from wheat to flour. Learn from the women of the family of molinari how to make the typical Apulian pasta “le orecchiette” and then we cook and taste our freshly made pasta accompanied by a glass of wine produced by the same family. Ride our e-bikes back in Alberobello through landscapes with vineyards, olive trees and oak forests.
