About this experience

In just 1.5 hours from Geneva, descend into the shadowy universe of HR Giger in Gruyère. Creator of the Alien creature, Giger’s art is a chilling blend of nightmares and beauty. Explore the museum and witness his evolution from the 1970s to the 2000s, where every painting, sculpture, and design whispers of otherworldly visions. The rooms pulse with surreal forms that blur the line between flesh and machine, leaving you in awe and unease. After wandering his dark galleries, step into the HR Giger Bar—an eerie cathedral of biomechanical architecture. Sip a sinister drink beneath vaulted ribs and alien forms, as if inside the creature’s lair. This unforgettable day trip invites you to confront the macabre genius of an artist whose creations still haunt cinema, art, and dreams.
