We will start the tour at 9 am, the Intiñan Site Museum is located on the outskirts of the city of Quito.
It has four interactive zones, unique in its kind, ranging from archaeo-astronomy, ethnography to ecology and a permanent exhibition of eastern Ecuador, with representative samples and pieces of great cultural scientific value. Its unique sundial in the center of the world, allows to observe the centrifugal accelerations and the effects of Koriolis, with the evidence of the egg, water and magnetic forces in the path of the sun.

It constitutes one of the most important tourist attractions of the city, here stands the imposing image of the Virgin of Quito, a replica of the image of the artist Legarda, found in the church of San Francisco.
It is an impressive viewpoint to observe the colonial city, its churches, roofs and the movement of Quito.
Located on Venezuela and Carchi streets, in the northern and upper part of the Historic Center, it has an imposing neo-Gothic style architecture with gargoyles that symbolize the national fauna. It is the tallest religious building in the country. From its towers you can see a large part of the city and it is always an adventure to climb to the top.

Located in the heart of the Historic Center, from 1535, from this square initially called "Plaza Mayor", the city was planned and developed.
In the center of the square is the monument in honor of the country's independence, a beautiful work of art built in marble and bronze in 1906, it was inaugurated by President General Eloy Alfaro.
We will take a short walk through its surroundings.
Next to the Plaza de la Independencia, its construction began in 1572, and it was completed in 1806, by the work of the Baron de Carondelet. It is one of the first churches built in the 16th century.
The works carried out in the Cathedral are influenced by neoclassicist ideas coming from French Enlightenment thoughts, which Carlos III adopted for Spain and Latin America.
Here lie the remains of the Grand Marshal Antonio José de Sucre and other presidents of the Republic.

On García Moreno and Antonio José de Sucre streets is one of the most beautiful churches in Ecuador, a symbol par excellence of the Baroque. Its construction dates back to the 18th century. The stone that shows off its façade, its Solomonic columns and the different religious symbols were artistically carved in volcanic stone by indigenous hands.
Its interior has gold leaf decorations and valuable paintings and sculptures of the time, it is considered to be the most representative church of the Latin American Baroque.

The construction of the church began in 1536, in a Mannerist style, according to chroniclers, before it was an Inca building occupied by Huayna Cápac. In the main altar of the church there is a carving of the Immaculate Apocalyptic known as the Virgin of Quito, carved by the teacher of the Quito School, Bernardo de Legarda.
On the outside, its beautiful parapet and stone atrium with the access stands magically envelop the visitor and guide them to its marvelous interior.
