You can pick up the bike during the shop's opening hours from 9-13 or 15.30-20, but if you want to leave early in the morning and the bike you've selected is free, you can also pick it up the night before. the battery, but if you don't have a safe place to park it overnight, you can return it in the evening and pick it up in the morning, already charged, during shop opening hours.
At the moment of the rent a bike we will ask to the guest to leave deposit with a credit card and the passport or I.D.
The pick up and drop off of the bikes takes place towards our shop in Via Bernardino Rota 47, the meeting point for the start of the rental will be here.
when picking up the bike, a valid passport or identification document must be shown and a security deposit will be required to guarantee the bike.
