1. We will confirm the transfer service once we receive the booking order.
2. The transfer service will be added and recorded into our working schedule agenda.
3. The assigned driver will be there at the meeting point (Airport, Port, Train Station, etc.) before the clients show up.
4. The driver will be waiting for the clients at the waiting area with a welcome sign (with the name of the client).
5. Normally we will provide our contact number on the ticket of Viator, so that the client will be able to contact us whenever that would be necessary.
6. After meeting the clients, the driver will first double confirm the destination with the clients, and then will lead the clients to the vehicle and start with the transfer service.
7. Once arrive at the destination, the driver will help the clients with luggages and make sure no belongings of the clients will be left in the vehicle and finish the transfer service.
