About this experience

We are the ORIGINAL haunted pub crawl tour of Savannah's famed Historic District, operating nightly since 1996. Our home base is the famous Six Pence Pub, a notoriously haunted English-themed bar right in the middle of downtown Savannah. Our professional storyteller-guides have decades of combined experience sharing compelling tales of eerie happenings and ghost lore in Savannah. Our walk covers about 1.5 miles of Savannah's gloriously beautiful (and terribly haunted!) sidewalks and squares. As it is legal to drink on the street in Savannah, we breeze through a handful of sometimes-quirky, sometimes-historic bars for walking beverages. Note: drinks ARE NOT included in admission. Only guests 21+ may participate, making this an ADULTS-ONLY ghost tour! Please be advised that tour guests will be carded at entry to bars. The 21+ policy is strictly enforced. You must have unexpired photo ID with you on the tour.

Meeting point

Please enter the pub and check in with bartender or host to locate your tour guide. Tour will kick off at the red phone booth outside.

Important notes

Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. The tour takes place outside and on foot. Please arrive at the meeting location (Six Pence Pub: 245 Bull Street) 10-15 minutes before your tour is to begin. Please check in with your tour guide OUTSIDE at the RED PHONE BOOTH. Your tour guide will give you a custom-designed souvenir to-go cup koozie for your walking drinks. Given restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic response in Georgia, bars are limiting the number of guests allowed inside. Please understand that patience will be required when ordering to-go drinks during the tour, and that we may only make it to 2-3 bars during the experience given this uncontrollable factor. We have plenty of haunted history and creepy tales to keep you entertained, though!

Concludes near Wright Square. If you wish to be walked back to the Six Pence Pub, or need directions elsewhere or help with transportation arrangements, let your guide know.

We DO NOT cancel for rain (though severe weather may force rescheduling or cancellation). Umbrellas ARE NOT provided by tour operator. Please come prepared to be outside for most of the tour!
