You can enter the bridge from Brooklyn side on the corner of Washington St and Prospect St next to DUMBO area. If you need an address for Taxi you can use: 55 Prospect St, Brooklyn, NY 11201, United States and from there you have less than 2 minutes walking distance to get on the bridge.
