What you'll see

1. Reservation:

When booking, you will be asked to fill out a form with essential information, such as:
-Place of pick-up (airport, hotel, etc.).
Destination.
Departure date and time.
The number of passengers.
-Type of vehicle desired.

For bookings from the airport, it is imperative to provide the flight number and a telephone number so that our drivers can contact you in case of any need, including delays or last minute changes.

2. Confirmation of reservation

After booking, you will receive a confirmation by email or message with all the details of your route, including:
Driver information (name, phone number, and vehicle type).
The pick-up date and time.

3. The day of departure
Airport pick-up:

Upon arrival at the airport, the driver will be waiting for you in the designated area (often inside the arrivals hall, with a sign displaying your name).
If your flight is delayed, our drivers will track your flight in real time to adjust the pick-up time at no extra cost.
Pick-up at another point (hotel, residence, etc.) :
The driver will arrive at the agreed time at the address indicated at the time of booking.
In case of delay, the driver will try to contact you via the phone number provided.

4. The journey
Once aboard the vehicle, the driver will take you to your destination in the best possible conditions. The ride will be comfortable and secure.
The driver will make sure to follow the fastest and most suitable routes, while taking into account traffic conditions.

5. Arrival at destination
Upon arrival, the driver will drop you off at the exact agreed location (in front of the hotel, airport, or other destination address).
If you have booked transport for a return flight, the driver will be waiting for you at the time indicated for the journey to the airport.

6. Return (if applicable)
Airport pick-up for return:
The driver will follow your flight to adjust the pick-up time in case of delay.
Once arrived, they will meet you in the designated waiting area (often near the baggage exit or at a specific meeting point).
The return process follows the same steps as the initial pick-up: get in the vehicle, drive to your destination and drop off at the agreed location.

8. Feedback
After your trip, it is possible to leave a review on the quality of the service. Your return is valuable to maintain optimal service.
