Important information

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
The visit does not require any special physical performance. Along the route, visitors are accompanied by a guide and a safety officer. Before entering the heart of the work of art, visitors are equipped with a protective helmet and harness and invited to experience the 'on the ground' simulation of certain passages - in particular a reproduction of the cerclage and one of the vertical ladder - to familiarise themselves with the use of safety devices.

At the our ticket office under the arcades in front of the Vicoforte Sanctuary - 15 minutes before the start of the guided tour.

Important notes

Meeting at Kalatà ticket office (Piazza Carlo Emanuele I n. 35, 12080 Vicoforte CN), under the arcades in front of the Sanctuary. Visitors are invited to arrive 15 minutes before the visiting time. We suggest that visitors wear comfortable clothes. In the event of severe bad weather, the visit may be changed.
