The visit to Bodega Bombal begins in front of its vineyards, with an introduction to the terroir that gives rise to its wines. Then you will tour its facilities and get to know the elaboration process, ending with a tasting to appreciate the essence and character of the winery.
Then you will visit the Pasrai Olive Tree, a space that fuses history, passion and local products of first quality. You will discover artisan olive oil, from the care of olive trees to the extraction of its most authentic flavors.
Finally, they will arrive at Bodega Esencia 1870, where they will enjoy a 4-step Creole menu accompanied by a pairing of young wines from the house.
