After lunch, we will transfer to your next stop - Presidential Palace of Nanjing.
Presidential Palace has a specific place in the hearts of Chinese people and it is considered a very important part of Chinese history. You can have an in-depth history overview of Republic of China regime in Nanjing (1912 to 1949) by visiting the modern historical museum. The architecture is a blend of Western and Chinese architectural styles. And its maintaining of the interiors in their original form and arrangement will “transfer” you in the era between the 1920s and 1930s.

3

After visiting Presidential Palace of Nanjing, we will drive to Xuanwu Lake and take a stroll around here.
Situated at the foot of Purple Mountain in Nanjing, Xuanwu Lake is a beautiful scenic spot.
The lake, the city walls, the exhibits, the breeze, the peaceful surroundings, the view looking from the top down, the old & the new mixed together...all made a marvelous picture, and this picture will amaze you. If you are tired of the busy and noisy of city, taking a leisurely stroll around Xuanwu Lake is of great help to escape busy work and fast rhythm of life.

4

There is an ancient temple near Xuanwu Lake which is a must-see attraction in Nanjing City. After taking a stroll around Xuanwu Lake,we will go and visit this temple.
Jiming Temple is next to Nanjing City Wall. The road in front of Jiming Temple is crowded between March and early April because of the cherry blossoms. However, the ancient temple is still worth stopping for a visit. You can see some monks, hear the chanting and appreciate the special pristine and peaceful atmosphere.

The Confucian Temple was first built on the banks of the Qin Huai River in the year 1034, during the Song Dynasty. It was a place to worship and consecrate Confucius, a great philosopher and educator of ancient China. It is a sight not to be missed in Nanjing.
