What you'll see

As soon as the client makes a transfer request, our team will contact the client to confirm the reservation.

The client will receive a pick-up notification one hour before the pick-up time.

Our driver will be at the pickup point 10-15 minutes prior to the pickup appointment.

The driver will welcome the customer, ask about any specific requests, and place the customer's luggage in the minivan's trunk. If there are children, he will make sure the child seat is in place and safely installed. After that, the transfer ride will begin.

During the ride, the driver can assist the client(s) with any requests he/she/they have.

As soon as we reach our destination point, the driver will assist the customer(s) exiting the vehicle and, of course, with the luggage. Finally, he will make sure that everything is in order and will depart.

The maximum number of luggage is 6.
