In the morning you will be picked up by your guide and drive roughly 0.5 hour to Chengdu Panda Breeding Center, where you can see the giant pandas and red pandas. The giant panda is more active in the early morning and in the late afternoon. While you take a pleasant walk in this peaceful bamboo park, you will be totally enjoyed by panda’s funny way of eating and playing. Due to the successful artificial-semination, you will see the adorable panda cub in the nursery every year in summer.
In the afternoon, after that 2.5 hours’ driving to Leshan Giant Buddha, which is the largest sitting buddha in the world, towering 71m in height. As you will do the Buddha tour by boat, so you may easily get the full image of the Buddha. And in nice weather days, it may be possible to discover the image of sleeping Buddha from all these mountains. Moreover, you will be amazed by its carving history, which started in Tang dynasty and took more than 90 years to finish. After tour, be transferred back to your hotel.
