Hatha Yoga session is the perfect complement to your holidays, and will for sure help reaching flexibility in your movements. The duration is 1,15 hr and the Outdoor location (Los Pocillos playa) is a perfect place to enjoy the cozy and invigorating place in front of the beach, we are in front of the sea, to breath clean Prana and take your mind off for a while.
