Throughout this time we learned that you can tour the Valle de Guadalupe (Ruta Del Vino) in two hours, but it takes days to explore it. To date there are around 150 to 160 viticultural, wine and wine projects, most of these being in the municipality of Ensenada. The Valle de Guadalupe produces around 80% of Mexican wine, with more than 80 wineries established in the delegations of San Antonio de las Minas, Francisco Zarco and El Ejido el Porvenir, which form the Valle de Guadalupe.
