The agency consists of a rectangular open courtyard, surrounded on all sides by rooms on five floors. Its main facade is located on the south side, and it has the main entrance to the agency. The first floor is accessed by a stone staircase. On the first floor there are about 30 holders, and on the three upper floors there are 29 houses. It is believed that the carriers of the ground and first floors were used as stores for merchants, and it is believed that most of the visitors to this agency were also merchants.
