Your local friendly guide will pick up you at your place in Nanjing. As the private night tour, you will enjoy a flexible itinerary, following is the recommended itinerary, you are welcome to discuss your guide if you need to make any changes. Typically, star your tour at Zhonghua Gate, one of the largest city gates built in the castle-style, marvel at the impressive and the delicate design and workmanship of the gate with 27 different caves and large round archways for the ancient military defense.

Then enjoy a nice walk up to the largest ancient city wall in China, on the top, appreciate the great view of old and new Nanjing night view with the beautiful Xuanwulake as the backdrop. Step back to ancient time while listening history commentary from your guide.

Next head to Confucius Temple market, follow you guide, enjoy the fun walk and explore of vibrant hub of old Nanjing with all the ancient traditional buildings lit up with colorful lights, you may enjoy little souvenir shopping when checking out different local stores, arts, trinkets or sample some of the local specialties such as soup dumpling, rice noodle, pancake etc.

Continue the tour to Qinhuai River bank, the oldest river in China inscribed in the UNSECO, regarded as the mother river and cradle of Nanjing’s ancient civilization, enjoy the charming light show at night. If you like, you could also choose to take 1-hour relaxing boat cruise to fully appreciate its fantastic night view when lit up.
