Coxen Hole is the capital of Roatan - one of two municipalities on the island.
This ocean-side, cultural and warm city offers freshly baked local desserts (you will vendors in the city centre), homemade local dishes, as well as the Catholic Church, Baptist Church, local park, and cargo boat stations that will keep you intrigued during your tour. You will see our local Municipal Market and the daily hassle of business strips showing you that we are an island on constant growth.

Mayan Eden Eco Park is located in the on top of the jungle foothills in Coxen Hole (the capital of Roatan). It hosts exotic and endangered species in a natural habitat. During your visit to the park you will see toucans, Sloths, monkeys, our Yellow-Naped Parrot, as well as being the only Hummingbird & Butterfly Sanctuary in the world.
