Detailed itinerary

1

Our knowledgeable driver and guide to pick you up at 6:00 a.m. and bring you along the Lumajang road to the Tumpaksewu region. Your pick-up location in Malang will take you there in around 3 hours. Once we arrive, it will take us around two 2-3 hours to trek to the waterfall and take in one of East Java’s largest waterfalls. In Java, the Tumpak Sewu Waterfall is one of the most popular tourist attractions. What must be underlined is that the road is not wheelchair accessible.

2

Get your sandals or tracking shoes ready and grab a swimsuit so you can explore the Tumpak Sewu waterfall. We begin our stroll to the panoramic region once we reach the Tumpaksewu area in order to enjoy the beauty of Tumpak Sewu from above. When the sky is clear, we may enjoy a stunning picture of the waterfall with a rainbow above it, framed by an active volcano and Mount Semeru, Java's highest peak. Enjoy the Tumpak Sewu waterfall, which has several well-liked photo ops with diverse backgrounds, from the bottom of a hundred feet of concrete stairs and rocks. After taking a ton of photos, proceed to Telaga Biru for a swim. Before the massive flash flood of 2023, this naturally occurring pond was reinforced with a wall made of sandbags. Reach the stunning Goa Tetes via the limestone stairs and steel ladder, a secret location that only a select few are aware of. Take some time to explore it in true adventure fashion, and then return to the parking area for cleanup.
