The visit to the Factory in Pedavena is a unique guided tour, developed in the middle of the main production departments of the brewery located in Pedavena. We start from the historic cooking room, to arrive in the horizontal fermentation cellars and halfway through the tour there will be a stop in the internal museum. Inside the latter there are documents, tools and historical photos that testify to our century-old tradition in beer production. Subsequently we will pass through the maturation and storage silos, to then continue towards the bottling department. The visit will end at the Bottega Dolomitica with the tasting of two beers from the Dolomiti range and there will be the opportunity to purchase the best typical local products.
