Upon receiving the booking , our driver will be at the pick-up point with a placard bearing the clients' name. The driver will introduce him/herself to the clients and will help the clients carry their luggage to the vehicle. Before starting , the driver will give clients the information about how they will move, the duration of the transfer and what they will possible see on the way.
On arrival at the lodge/hotel, the driver will open the does for the clients, usher them out, carry their bags to the reception area.
